Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Return Protection

Customers who purchase Return Protection at checkout through Redo or Seel can enjoy a streamlined return experience, including return shipping coverage and simplified processing.

Standard Returns

Customers who do not purchase Return Protection are responsible for return shipping costs and must contact us at returns@arizonaandco.com to initiate a return request.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@arizonaandco.com with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
