Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days) — calculated at checkout
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) — calculated at checkout
Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at jennifercan@mac.com and we will make it right.
International Shipping At this time, we ship within the United States only.
